FYI
I was so excited to try out Candace’s Visual Poem template. I signed up at Flicker and found all the photos I wanted. Then feeling all excited I uploaded them and not a single one was visible. Frustrated, I kept trying and sudden I had a brain flash. Once before I wasn’t able to do something on my site and it turned out it was because I was using Firefox. As soon as I uploaded the pictures using Internet Explorer it worked fine.
Hope I can save someone else’s frustration
Enjoy, Sue

Thanks, Sue, for bringing this problem to our attention. We’re looking into it to see what’s up with Firefox, which occasionally has some odd protocols.

Wow. I would have been REALLY upset!! Sometimes it is so hard to figure out whether the erros are caused by the computer, the web aite, or the person. I always blame myself. I am glad you at least knew to “blame” Firefox! Can’t wait to see your visual poetry!
Thanks Candace and Ron, but I can’t figure out how to make the photos in visual poem appear at different times??? I thought I saw your explanation but I can’t find it again? Please help
Sue
If you want the images to show at different times, the only way to do it is to have them on separate screens. If you want to make a screen look as though it is changing such as adding an image and making another disappear, COPY the screen in the site map and paste it again so you have two identical ones. Then change one of them. If everything else on the screen remains in the exact same spot, it will look like the pictures are “appearing.” You will have to make the screens hyperlinked using a forward arrow, though. There are arrows in the workBench library folder of resources. If you nedd ore detail on this, just say so.
