		<description>What a great idea.  I love the visual aspect of it as well as a way of recording those ideas that you are passionately interested in but aren't sure how you'll make them happen.  As we all know, the first step to achieving something is SAYING it.  So, by acknowledging these bucket items we are saying them and then they just might happen!  Very cool.</description>
